Where To Explore In Victoria

Life's all about the journey and adventure you take on with your Rhinos

Victoria is home to some of the best scenic landscapes that will have you going from rugged coastlines to the picturesque vineyards all year round. It's important to be well equipped with your shoes being a number one priority that can make or break your experience.

We've put a guide together of our top spots to check out for your next adventure with us:

Coastal Scenes On The Great Ocean Road

Located 2 hours and 5 minutes from Melbourne CBD

Riptides, waterfalls and lookouts? The Great Ocean Road is deemed as one of the world's most scenic coastal drives and home to some of Australia's many wonders. We'd recommend taking a walk to view the amazing Twelve Apostlesthe Otways to immerse yourself into nature, or Bells Beach to carve up a wave. If the outdoor exploration isn't for you, sit back and relax at some of Lorne's best cafes and restaurants. Our favourites are Mortadeli for a authentic Italian deli and coffee experience and The Lorne Hotel for a classic pub feed and cold beer. There truly is something for everyone down this part of Victoria.

Shoe Style Suggestion: 'Woodland'

'Woodland' is a leather lace-up boot handcrafted in Portugal. It's built on a rubber outsole and features contrast detailing for a point of difference. We'd wear the pair with jeans and a thick jacket to combat the sea breezes.

Vineyard Ventures

If you prefer to soak in the scenery with a glass of red in hand, escape to one of the four wine regions in Victoria. From the Yarra Valley to the Peninsula, each have their own method of harvesting and fermenting their produce. Our personal picks are Montalto for an immersive vineyard tour and experience, Mount Macedon Winery for a relaxed food and cellar door tasting and Zonzo Estate for an Italian-style long lunch - just don't forget to grab a bottle on the way out! It's a an ideal urban adventure while supporting local growers.

 Wild Woodlands

Immerse yourself into nature with a wildland adventure. Victoria has a plethora of tall forests and national parks scattered across the landscape. If you're planning on leisurely wandering the sites we'd suggest Cement Creek Redwood Forest. It's home to the Californian Redwoods, which are some of the tallest trees in the world that can tower up to 115m. Look out for the Monarch Butterfly and Grey Headed Flying Fox in the warmer months! Mount Baw Baw National Park is another top destination which turns to snow-stop-zone in winter along the alps. They have a range of walking trails which overlook the Latrobe Valley and offer a range of activities from canoeing to horse riding. There are a wealth of natural experiences to seize in each of these spots, you'll definitely want to capture these moments.
